The fifteenth edition of the Venetian International Biennial of Architecture will be held between May 28 and November 27 2016, with the topic "Reporting from the Front", under the direction of the Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena, Pritzker Award 2016.
The commissioners of the Spanish Pavilion, Iñaqui Carnicero and Carlos Quintáns, in the " Unfinished " exhibit will pose a reflection on unfinished architecture to discover virtues that can become design strategies. "Unfinished" aims to collect as many examples of architecture that address this subject. The exhibit has received the Golden Lion Award, a prestigious award given by the organization of the Biennial.
