Ramiro Losada Amor is a Building Engineer, Architect and Master Architectural Design, Theory and Methods of projects (ETSAM) with honours. Following his scholarship studies at the University Lombart Lambert (Belgium), he moved on to work experience in the field of Design, Architecture, and Urbanism in Madrid (Rueda Pizarro Architects), London (Alejandro Zaera, FOA) and Rotterdam (Mecanoo Architecten). Currently he is researching for PhD at ESTAM, titled “Documentary Film Architecture: Construction of the Contemporary Non-fiction for XXI century Architecture”. In 2007 he founded with Alberto García LosadaGarcía Architects based in Caceres y San Diego with 3 areas of focus:

>>> Experimental architecture, with award such as 1st award Saloni Architecture Awards (Iniciarte Pavilion) or Architectural Record 2016.

>>> University teaching. Since 2007 he is Professor of Architectural Design at UEM-Architecture Madrid. They was vising Professor at Technische Universität Braunschweig and Architecture Design Sciences Artesis, Antwerp. Currently is guest Professor at New School of Architecture and Design of San Diego, California.

>>> Audiovisual documentation about Architecture including several interviews with architects international prestige such as Herzog de Meuron, Toyo Ito or Mansilla Tuñon o audiovisual documentation of buildings such as Canal Theater (Navarro Baldeweg), Benidorm beach promenade (Carlos Ferrater) or Spanish Pavillion for Expo Shanghai 2010(EMBT).
