Event in a World as Juxtaposition
Phd Thesis, Second First Prize, 10th Biennial competition on PhD thesis on architecture, 2015
In this PhD thesis "Event in a World as Juxtaposition", ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMME is concived as the material that governs architecture and connects our desires with the world we live in; in other words, programme has the power to produce a more active and more connected architecture. As such, this analysis delves deeper and questions the effects rather than the support- like at the cinema, where our attention is focused on the film as opposed to the screen. The crucial thing is to design events and occassions, occurrences and their relationships.
