Director of the collection: Luis Fernández-Galiano, architect.

The arquia/masters collection is a cultural programme devised, produced and published by the Arquia Foundation, consisting of recordings (audiovisual monographs on DVD) of interviews with relevant architects of contemporary architecture. The aim of the collection is for outstanding masters of architecture to transmit their thoughts to future generations of architects.

The interviews, conducted by the director of the collection, have exactly the same structure: a conversation orchestrated in six parts that covers the journey of each master in chronological order. The introduction, up to the training period, is followed by five sections that use the guiding thread of constructed work, having highlighted three examples in each section as milestones of the biographical journey.
